We provide our services to anyone interested in creating coffee-related products and looking for a hands-on approach in exploring the unique skill of coffee-related creation.

Ka Lam (founder)

With over 10 years of experience in the Coffee and Beverages arena, Ka has in-depth knowledge and well-rounded industry experience.

Her passion in coffee and beverages began during her initial years as a barista. The morning coffee lovers leaving her counter with a smile gave Ka a sense of satisfaction. She wanted to give her clients surprises so she started to venture out improving recipes and looking for alternative ingredients to create more unique tastes and designs. After gaining experience in coffee making and developing her own recipes, Ka moved on to sourcing the right ingredients for the perfect cup of coffee. She began to explore the main ingredient - the coffee bean, learning the differences between beans, exploring how they are treated and roasted to create different tastes and how it affects the quality of the coffee.

All this has led her to the current undertaking of spreading knowledge through workshops and helping people build a story for their cafes through unique coffee creation.

創辦人 Ka Lam 在咖啡和飲料領域擁有超過 10 年的經驗，擁有深厚的知識和全面的行業經驗。

她對咖啡和飲料的熱情始於她作為咖啡師的最初幾年。早上的咖啡客人們微笑著離開櫃檯，這讓Ka感到很滿足。她想給她的客戶驚喜，所以她開始創作新並尋找不同味道，以創造更多獨特的口味和設計。

在獲得了咖啡製作經驗並開發了自己的創作後，Ka 開始尋找合適的生豆來製作一杯完美的咖啡。她開始從咖啡烘焙探索，了解咖啡豆之間的差異，探索它們如何處理和烘焙以產生不同的口味，以及它如何影響咖啡的質量。

以上令她日廿開始從事咖啡教學，並通過獨特咖啡創作幫助客人，為他們的品牌建立一個故事。
